<p>Sadly, on Oct. 27, 2009 while on tour in the province of Nova Scotia, she was hiking a local trail and was attacked and killed by two coyotes.</p>

<p>In the above TED talk she discusses what happens when we only have one story of someone or group of people. What does this mean for women when we only have limited stories of ourselves and our stories are continually being erased? How much women&#8217;s history are we taught in school?</p>
